David A. Purcell Gallup Certified Strength Coach Riverside County Department of Public Social Services David Purcell is an experienced social worker, supervisor, trainer, facilitator, mentor, public speaker, consultant, and coach. Driven by his 20 years of experience and desire to develop others, David understands the unique qualities that are required for today’s social service practitioners and leaders. He is a Staff Development Officer and trainer for Leadership Development with Riverside County Department of Public Social Services, developing leaders at all levels of the organization within the Adult Protective Services, Children’s Services, Self-Sufficiency, and Administration divisions. He is also a trainer and curriculum developer for the Northern California Adult Protective Services Training Academy through California State University, Sacramento where he specializes in motivational interviewing and engaging in difficult conversations. He is also a consultant and Strengths Coach for APS Training Consultants, LLC where he provides transformational leadership courses and Strengths-Based Coaching. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, he assists individuals, teams, and organizations to understand their strengths while also developing foundational and advanced strengths-based leadership trainings to change organizational culture. He has an associate’s degree in sociology from Brigham Young University-Idaho, a bachelor’s in psychology from California State University, San Bernardino, and a master’s degree in social work from Loma Linda University.

Aimee Reynolds, BA Customer Success Specialist Embodied Labs

Aimee Reynolds started working at Embodied Labs in June 2023 as a Customer Success Specialist. She offers technical and teaching support to customers along with the clinical team. She studied Business Administration at Chapman University. She has always been fascinated by making technology accessible and easy for people to use. She also co-produces an immersive experience festival (FIVARS) and a spatial media conference (VRTO). Her love for virtual reality and immersive experiences has led to her work at Embodied Labs where she gets to share the power of immersive experiences to help inform caregivers and enhance their understanding and passion for their work.
