THE OPERATIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT (OIS) BRANCH assists DPSS with Technology and Support Services, Facilities, Independent Review Group, Program Technology and CalSAWS. The OIS team works around the clock to engage and support all DPSS divisions with resources, technical assistance, communications and administrative functions needed to perform their jobs. Whether we are providing needed expertise in technology, oversight of contracted vendors, or delivering crucial supplies, the OIS Branch puts our customers first and strives for operational excellence in everything we do.
