DPSS Annual Action Plan: 2020-2021
The Annual Action Plan supports our commitment to accountability and advancing the goals of Operational Excellence, Workforce Development, and Customer Service Partnerships. The plan includes steps for establishing/maintaining processes, building capacity, and using data as a strategic asset to inform continuous quality improvement and promote best outcomes. Operational Excellence
Adults, Children’s, and Self-Sufficiency reduced or eliminated backlogs and implemented procedures to sustain improvements. The divisions continue to monitor data to ensure targets are maintained. MEET SERVICE STANDARDS FOR SAFETY ASSESSMENT AND ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION
COMPLETE PERFORMANCE DASHBOARDS TO TRACK
PROGRESS AND IDENTIFY AREAS FOR TARGETED IMPROVEMENT
The Executive Dashboard was developed to provide current updates on strategic priorities. Adults, Children’s, and Self-Sufficiency developed dashboards to track performance indicators and program data.
