Eligibility Administrative Services Strengthens Trust Through Program Integrity
The Eligibility Administrative Services (EAS) team plays a vital role in protecting program integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting accurate benefit and service delivery across Adult Services In-Home Supportive Services, Children’s Services foster care and all Self Sufficiency programs.
EAS includes the Administrative Hear ings Unit, the Income and Eligibility Ver ification System team, Office Support, Quality Control CalFresh, and the Work force Participation Rate teams. Together, they form a comprehensive integrity and compliance network focused on cus tomer access, accurate eligibility deci
sions and adherence to state and federal requirements. Through collaboration, de tailed case review and a commitment to transparency, the EAS Team strengthens the trust, quality and effectiveness of our public programs.
