Staff Advance Operational Excellence Through Lean Certifications and Projects

The Finance and Forecasting Division (FFD) consistently demonstrates its commitment to the department’s Lean Six Sigma goals and continuous quali ty improvement. With the encourage ment and support of the management team, staff advanced their development through White Belt training and are pur suing higher levels such as Green Belt certification, facilitated through the de partment’s Office of Strategy and Proj ect Management (OSPM).
