OIS Keeps DPSS Running With Fast, Reliable Support The Operations and Infrastructure Sup port Branch (OIS), under the leadership of Deputy Director Chad Burkitt, is the team that keeps DPSS moving along. Whether it’s an audit by the Independent Review Group, technology support, fa cilities repaired, mail delivered, supplies stocked or programs connected to the tools they rely on, the teams of OIS are ready to make it happen. OIS supports every division with respon sive help that keeps operations smooth and customers served. The team man ages everything from tech trouble shooting and CalSAWS coordination to print services, vendor oversight and essential day-to-day logistics. Mailroom operations ensure documents and com munications reach the right place on time, while facilities support keeps build ings safe, functional and ready for staff and visitors. Whether rolling out new tools, solving problems before they interrupt service or getting critical materials where they need to go, OIS puts people first. The branch’s focus on reliability, clarity and quick support helps staff do their jobs and ensures DPSS delivers consistent, high quality service to the community.
