The Wellness & Recovery Program for Mature Adults is a comprehensive/integrated and consumer-driven behavioral health program to assist individuals with achieving their optimal level of functioning in the community and to enable older adult consumers to remain independent for as long as possible. A multidisciplinary behavioral health team approach is utilized in evaluating and addressing severe mental illness and issues of aging. Our goal is to prevent hospitalization, incarceration and homelessness and to promote healthy lifestyles during the recovery process. We provide behavioral health assessment/ evaluation, peer support, family advocacy, therapy, psychiatry, field-based outreach, co-occurring substance abuse counseling, linkage to resources such as housing and primary medical care, benefits assistance, transportation, and after hours crisis support.

Inland Regional Center (IRC) is one of 21 Regional Centers in California and is mandated through the Lanterman Act to coordinate the services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This private, non-profit corporation contracts with the Department of Developmental Services to serve both San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Independence at Home (IAH) is the community service division of SCAN Health Plan. The IAH team is comprised of social workers, nurses, therapists, and health educators. Through their combined efforts, IAH offers older adults and caregivers services to live safely in their communities and host programs vital to their mental and physical health.

The Foundation on established in 2004, is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation that raises funds to help fill the gaps created by decreasing public funding for services to the elderly through the population of older adults continues to grow as do their needs. The Foundation supports the programs of the Riverside County Office on Aging, and innovative programs that sustain and enhance the quality of life for older adults.

InnovAge PACE is an all-inclusive healthcare program that allows seniors to live life on their terms-by aging in place, in their own homes and communities, for as long and as safely as possible. Individuals aged 55 and older receive customized healthcare and social support at a PACE Center located near their home.
