The Embodied Labs experience is an immersive learning system which allows participants to view the world through the perspective of disabled older adults and caregivers. Virtual reality allows you the opportunity to step into someone else’s shoes--to deeply understand the lives experience of another person. Knowing what to expect, how to relate, and how to respond allows you to communicate more clearly, support more confidently, and serve with greater purpose.

Additionally, the presentation will offer insights on how professionals can detect and report scams, and the importance of the Social Security Representative Payee program.
