We will explore various techniques and highlight the prosses followed by financial institutions when a request for documents ismade, findout what resources are available to help you navigate difficulties, and provide insight into financial institution due diligence and FinCEN advisories, highlighting behavioral and financial red flags in suspected EFE cases. This training will discuss tips, examples, and investigative strategies to make sure your Adult Protective Services (APS) or law enforcement cases contain all the necessary information. Leading the Next Generation of Adult Protective Services Social Workers Breakout Session 1: 10:10AM- 11:10AM As the workplace continues to evolve, leaders today need to develop skills for the rapidly changing expectations of the future workforce. Leadership in today’s workplace demands adaptation to new ways of thinking and engaging. Conventional approaches to leadership are quickly becoming outdated whereas Strengths-Based Leadership continues to rise. Based upon research from Gallup, this workshop encourages leaders to develop a strengths-based mindset by transitioning to a coach. Leaders will explore the five traits of great leaders and develop an action plan to immediately implement them in their leadership role.
