Integration New service regulations in 1973 necessitated an effective method of dealing with operational and administrative challenges. Documents from that era indicate focused planning involved “integrated efforts of all individuals, groups and divisions of the organization, to achieve the organization’s goals.” Today, integrating and streamlining internal and external services is a top priority for DPSS and its many Riverside County and community partners.
