Alexander Preston Head of Growth & Advocacy Embodied Labs

Alex Preston is the Head of Sales at Embodied Labs, where Alex Preston leads solution implementation of healthcare partners, health plans and government entities. He has established complex mobile care services across the US and created unique funding and solution channels across complex care systems to allow care solutions and tools to impact the larger population. Rural healthcare communities have always been a focus and he loves finding the pathway to care in areas that often highlight the inequities and difficulties of healthcare solutions.

He loves spending time in the Colorado mountains with his young family. For fun paddleboarding, winter sports, reef keeping, or fishing occupies his time.

Natasha L. Rangel, MPA Assistant Public Administrator Riverside County Sheriff-Public Administrator

Natasha L. Rangel is the Assistant Public Administrator for the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner/Public Administrator. She received her Bachelor of Art degree in Business Administration and her Master of Public Administration from California Baptist University. She has 21 years of experience working with the California Probate Laws and related matters. Her career experience consists of 10 years prior experience working as a legal assistant in a private law firm, where she managed conservatorships, guardianships, probate (estates), will and trust matters, and various civil litigation matters. Rangel was employed with the Office of County Counsel in Riverside County, for 3.5 years wherein she provided legal support assistance in litigation representation and processing of legal documents to various departments within the County. Rangel is a member of the Curtailing Abuse Related to the Elderly (C.A.R.E.) multidisciplinary team in Riverside County and core member of the Riverside County Elder Abuse Forensic Center (EAFC) as well as an Executive Board Member of the California Association of Public Administrators, Public Guardians and Public Conservators (CAPAPGPC).

Tania Rodriguez Graduate Student at University California Riverside

Tania Rodriguez graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2021 with a B.A. in psychology. She is now a graduate student at UC Riverside, and she works under the mentorship of Dr. Rachel Wu in the CALLA Lab. Her research interests include understanding cognitive functioning and barriers to resources that benefit cognition among Latino older adults, especially those with low income. In particular, she aims to help underserved populations improve their cognitive and functional abilities via learning new skills by providing them with the tools and opportunities to engage in learning.
