Adam C. French Chief Warrant Officer (Retired) Riverside County Veterans’ Services

Chief Warrant Officer (Ret.) Adam French served 22+ years in the U.S. Army in roles like Military Police Investigator, Counterintelligence Agent, and Operations Officer. He now serves as the Assistant Director at Riverside County Veterans’ Services.

Travis Gaddishaw-Grant, BA Education Senior Training Specialist Inland Regional Center

Travis G. Grant has been a part of the Inland Regional Center (IRC) since September 2017. As a nonprofit agency, IRC has been providing case management and service coordination for over 54,000 individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy across Riverside and San Bernardino counties since 1972.

Currently, Travis serves as a Senior Training Specialist, developing and delivering training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of IRC staff and community partners. Before assuming this role, he spent five years as a Case Manager, supporting school-aged clients and their families. Prior to joining IRC, Travis worked at the Institute for Behavioral Health, starting as a Behavioral Therapist before advancing to Support Staff and Parent Trainer. This experience deepened his expertise in autism intervention and parent education. Travis holds a bachelor’s degree in education, specializing in special education. He is also a POST certified academy instructor, completing the Academy Instructor Certification Course in August 2024. With his extensive background in developmental disabilities, training, and crisis intervention, he is dedicated to equipping law enforcement professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to support individuals with disabilities effectively.

Dr. Teresa Graney, DSW, MSW, LCSW PACT Social Worker Veteran Affairs Loma Linda Healthcare System

Teresa Graney has been a social worker with the Loma Linda VA Healthcare System since 2017, though her employment with the VA began in 2008. Over the years, she has taken on various roles in mental health, emergency rooms, dialysis clinics, outpatient facilities, inpatient units, and specialty clinics across five VA healthcare systems. For more than 30 years, Teresa

has worked in multiple social services agencies. Her experience includes providing support to refugees, prisoners, terminally ill patients, chronically mentally ill patients, veterans, and abused or neglected children and their families. Teresa earned her Master of Social Work degree in 2000 from the University of Illinois in Urbana, Illinois. In 2015, she completed her Doctor of Social Work degree at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee.
