Ben Jauregui, DSW, MPA Manager, Integrated Transitional Care Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP)
Ben Jauregui, DSW, is the Manager of Integrated Transitional Care at Inland Empire Health Plan. He leads interdisciplinary teams that provide comprehensive services, including transition services, home and community based services, and housing assistance. Dr. Jauregui is dedicated to ensuring that older adults and individuals with disabilities can fully participate in all aspects of life. He is the founding board chair of the Inland Coalition on Aging, where he leads efforts to create the Inland Empire Master Plan for Aging. In 2024, he was appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom to the California Commission on Aging. Additionally, in 2022, he was appointed by the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors to the San Bernardino County Senior Affairs Commission, where he serves as the Chair of the Healthy Aging Committee. Dr. Jauregui is also a Wise and Healthy Aging Elder Abuse Prevention Advisory Council member. He holds a master’s degree in public administration and a doctorate in social work.
Jeffery Lee, Investigator USN Combat Medic, BUD/s School, SQT, LO-Pro Motorcade Ops Domestic Violence and Abuse Protection Jeffrey Lee is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in military operations, executive protection, and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence and abuse. A U.S. Navy veteran, he served for 11 years, leading platoon-sized units in combat operations across hostile environments.
With over 28 years as a Global Response Staff member, Jeffrey has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in weapon systems, perimeter security, and mobile security. He has been critical in ensuring personnel safety and establishing defensive positions during high-risk missions. Jeffrey is the CEO of Branch Management Protection, a security firm providing executive protection services within the U.S. and internationally. He also leads a non-profit organization called Domestic Violence and Abuse Protection, (DVAP). DVAP is dedicated to protecting victims and survivors of domestic violence, elder abuse, and child abuse. This organization collaborates with advocacy groups, including the SAFE Family Justice Centers in Riverside and Temecula, Child Protective Services (CPS), Adult Protective Services (APS), the Riverside Police Department, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, and the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office Victim Advocacy Unit Jeffrey remains committed to ensuring the safety and security of vulnerable individuals, leveraging his extensive expertise in protection services to make a lasting impact.
