Christian Vaughan, BS Public Administration Investigator Domestic Violence and Abuse Protection Christian Vaughan is an investigator for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, specializing in insurance fraud. He joined the OCDA’s office in September of 2024, after retiring from the Riverside Police Department, where he served for 27 years. As a Riverside Police Detective, Christian spent 18 years working in the Domestic Violence and Physical Elder Abuse Unit at the Family Justice Center. During his time at the Family Justice Center, Detective Vaughan developed his expertise in domestic violence and elder abuse through numerous investigations and by collaborating with community partners, including the Domestic Violence and Abuse Protection (DVAP) agency.
Raushanah Walker, MSW Supervising Development Specialist Riverside County Housing & Workforce Solutions (HWS)
Raushanah Walker has always been dedicated to serving those in need. She has an extensive professional background that includes program development, case management, and housing assistance for vulnerable populations. With a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Wilberforce University, she has built a career focused on advocacy, program implementation, and community engagement.
Currently, Raushanah serves as a Supervising Development Specialist for the Riverside County Office of Homeless Services. In this role, she leads program staff, manages provider contracts, and oversees the development and implementation of social service programs. She has a proven track record in analyzing legislation, optimizing service provider agreements, and ensuring program compliance. Prior to this position, she worked at the United States Veterans Initiative (U.S. VETS), where she played a key role in addressing homelessness among veterans. Her leadership in program coordination, case management, and resource allocation has positively impacted numerous individuals and families. Raushanah is passionate about social justice, policy advocacy, and community development. She is a skilled communicator, strategic planner, and a dedicated leader in the social services field.
David Wall, JD, CPA, CFE Forensic Accountant Riverside County District Attorney’s Office
David Wall is a forensic accountant in the Special Prosecutions Section of the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office. David has been employed in the field of forensic accounting and financial investigations in Southern California for over 30 years. David is a fraud specialist with credentials as a certified public accountant, certified fraud examiner, and licensed attorney.
His specialties include the acquisition, reconstruction, and analysis of financial records, and the presentation of observations and opinions to judges and juries. David Wall currently holds the position of President with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Inland Empire Chapter.
